What is the Sneaker Keeper: Collection App?

This app is designed to provide collectors with a means of organizing their collection and easily identify what they have. Know where your items with our easy search tool and never buy duplicate items again…unless you want to.

Is a subscription required?

A subscription is not required to use the collection app. Once the app is purchase, a user can manage up to 50 items. After 50 items, one must subscribe to continue adding items.

Some features say I must subscribe to use them, why?

Courtesy features are locked behind a subscription. Courtesy features include messaging, user searching and interaction, and features related to raffles and giveaways. Courtesy features are free for subscribers and are not a part of your purchase.

There are raffles and giveaways!? How do I sign up!?

In order to qualify for raffles and giveaways a user must subscribe for 90 days or more to earn the Keeper’s Club (Gold) badge, a subscription lapse will reset this count. The user must also have a registered Instagram name in their profile. Instagram names take 60 days to register, once registered, this will be used to confirm raffle winners. Changing this name will create another 60 day registration period, during this period a user may not be able to win a raffle.

My subscription is acting weird, what gives?

The Sneaker Keeper: Collection app is designed to operate on a single device owned by a single individual. Logging into multiple accounts on a single device can cause interruptions in service, resetting of time based features and other miscellaneous issues. Sharing devices is not supported.
